When you visit our website, we may collect basic analytics data including pages visited, time on site, and device type. We do not collect personal information unless you contact us directly through our contact form or email.

If you interact with our social media campaigns, we may collect and process publicly available comment data from Facebook and Instagram for the purpose of campaign moderation and analysis. This data is processed in accordance with Meta's terms of service and applicable data protection law.
 

3. How we use your data
We use the data we collect to:

  • Improve our website and understand how visitors use it

  • Respond to enquiries sent to us directly

  • Moderate and analyse comments on social media campaigns we manage on behalf of clients

  • Produce aggregated, anonymised campaign performance reports

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
 

4. Legal basis for processing
We process data on the following legal bases under UK GDPR:

  • Legitimate interests — for website analytics and campaign moderation

  • Consent — where you have contacted us directly

  • Contract — where we process data as part of a client engagement
     

5. Data retention
Website analytics data is retained for a maximum of 26 months. Social media comment data collected as part of campaign work is retained for the duration of the campaign and deleted within 90 days of campaign completion.

Our website uses Wix as its hosting and content management platform. Our social media campaign tools may include integrations with Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Anthropic, Supabase, and other third-party services. Each of these services operates under its own privacy policy.

  • Request correction of inaccurate data

  • Request deletion of your data

  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests
