Jonathan leads strategy at Rhizome Narrative Lab, helping organisations understand and respond to high-risk narratives online. His work translates what is happening on digital platforms into structured insight and decision support for leaders operating in fast-moving, politically sensitive environments.

He brings cross-sector consulting experience with European and multinational organisations in media, energy, finance, logistics, and foreign missions, covering strategy, risk, and institutional resilience. He previously served as ESG Officer at TV3 Group, the Baltic region's largest broadcaster, where his remit spanned on-screen content impact, operational governance, and public accountability.

Jonathan is an Associate Professor at ISM University of Management and Economics in Vilnius and has held academic posts the US, the UK, and the Baltics. He holds a PhD in International Relations from the University of St Andrews, with an MA from University of Western Ontario and a BA from McMaster University.
